Samsung has now introduced its new “Bada” mobile OS that will enable developers to effortlessly create apps ranging across many of the company’s handsets. Samsung aims to give its smartphone users an easy-to-operate UI with the aid of this platform. Once this is established, the company also plans to bring the same rich application experience to its non-smartphone users as well.

The “Bada” platform will launch in December, with the first Bada smartphone to be released in early 2010. The platform’s third-party apps will be on sale at the Samsung Application Store. Go to Bada.com for more info on this one.
